Where do I even begin

It's truly special to watch those in your life grow

I met Autumn in Highschool. Our brothers were best friends and we were the older sisters constantly toting the boys around to hang out. The casual acquaintance became easy friendship from casual hangouts among mutual friends, invites to house parties, endless support of business adventures, and soon- documenting every milestone.

our first session, where i met her cousin rhiley (she deserves a whole post too)

Cory enters the chat

This was also my first time meeting Cory. From the first meeting, I could tell that Autumn met her match. This super sweet family session quickly blossomed into a full-blown engagement session where the trust in my photo ability grew- and looking back I definitely am thankful because WHEW we've come a long way.

I am truly thankful for friends like these

Everything with Autumn and Cory from the beginning exuded pure trust and confidence in me. For this, I am so thankful. My dream as a photographer has always been to follow a couple from the very beginning and document every milestone of their story. I am beyond excited that the day has finally arrived.

The big day

Truly Honored

Their wedding was not easy breezy but boy we got it done. SO many things happened that made it difficult to manage the photo end but their absolutely gorgeous day transformed into the most stunning photo-op as we continued late into the night, celebrating and documenting their love. I can't to this day think of a better example of "WE WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN" being the anthem of a wedding day. But just as soon as their day came to an end, I got the text. "so uhh, I know we don't even have our wedding gallery back yet but how would you feel about taking more pictures?"

"taking more???"

"yes!

so turns out... I'm pregnant. we're thinking of disguising Christmas photos as an announcement"

And full circle we go

Sayyyyyyyyyy "AUTUMNS PREGNANT"

Yep, sure enough! Maternity photos incoming

and the greatest joy of all

Meeting Ellison

There's a reel I posted ages ago that continues to come to mind

It goes like this

"I think there are people that help you become the person that you end up being. And you can be grateful for them even if they are never meant to be in your life forever".

I just want everyone reading to know that even if you arent an Autumn in my life (cause I don't think she's going anywhere anytime soon) I am so grateful for the opportunity to capture your memories, milestones and moments. No matter how small.
